Corn Pergedel Complete

 ingredients:
• ¼ kg of corn destroyed
• 4-5 cloves Shallots
• 1 clove garlic
• Leaves soup, celery taste, sliced
• medium Ginger 1 cm
• Cayenne 5 pieces
• 1 whole egg
• finely Salt to taste
• Wheat flour taste
• Enough water

 Corn Pergedel

How to make:
• Milled smooth pepper, onion, garlic and ginger and mix in the corn that was destroyed by way of milled or ground.
• Put eggs, leaf soup, celery, flour taste and add water, stirring until smooth (do not dilute / hard).
• Fry the dough in a way taken with a tablespoon or pergedel size according to your taste.
